REQUIRED CRITERIA

• Team Coach must be a current member of WACPC
• Graduating Senior
• Cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Academic Achievement
• Extracurricular Activities

MATERIAL SUBMISSION

• Completed Scholarship Application Online via Kaleidoscope platform
• List of School/Work/Community Activities - list of activity and total number of hours from 9th through 12th grade. 
• Personal Essay - 500 word limit. 
• Copy of High School Transcript - must show seven COMPLETED semesters through the end of semester one senior year. (PDF Document Upload Required)
• Wallet size senior class picture - vertical head shot is required. (.JPEG or .PNG File Upload Required)
• Evaluations from Coach and one other Teacher/Administrator/Community Representative. Evaluation forms are to be submitted within the Kaleidoscope application platform. 
• All materials must be submitted by March 4, 2024

Please consider including the following information for essay:

● Strengths and qualities you obtained from your cheerleading and/or dance experience

● Explanation on how cheer and/or dance has impacted your growth (i.e career choice)

● Any circumstances or financial needs in your family

● Leadership experiences you have gained (especially related to cheer and/or dance)

Please limit essay to 500 words
